Question:
I am able to log in on www.arionline.info but I am not able to access the student forum or I do access the student forum but the system does not allow me to post anything.Solution:
If you are able to login to the ARI website, then you should be able to access the forum and post a question. If you are not, try the following procedure.1. Open your Internet Explorer browser
2. Select from the menu: Tools / Internet Options
3. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Cookies and then Delete Files
4. In the History sections, click on Clear History
5. On the Privacy tab, uncheck Block pop-upsAccessing and Posting on the Forum:

How do I use the forum?Solution:
Login on www.arionline.info.
Go to the Virtual Classroom page.
Click on the Student Forum link at the top right of that page.
Click on the Student Forum link as below:
Once you've entered the forum click on new topic as shown below to start your post
Determining the Time of the Live Class
Question:
I can not figure out what time the live class starts in my local time. What time zone is EST anyway?Solution:
EST is Eastern Standard Time; EDT is Eastern Daylight-Savings Time. It is New York City time. To determine the time of the class at your location, use the following link.http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
Find your city in the list or the city closest to your location. Compare it to New York City.Missing a Live Class
Question:
I missed last night’s class or I will not be able to attend a live class. Is the class recorded and can be viewed later?Solution:
Yes. All classes are recorded and posted for viewing or download. It takes approximately 24 hours after the live class to post the links to the archived class.Login on www.arionline.info. Go to the Virtual Classroom page. Look for the links in the Archive column.
Accessing the Live Lesson
Question:
How do I watch the live lesson?Solution:
Login on www.arionline.info. Go to the Virtual Classroom page. Click on the Go To Live Lesson link at the top of that page. Click on the play button:
